Zero Hour CyberLet's talk

AI enablement for organizations that change lives

Your team should spend its time on people, not paperwork.

We help workforce, reentry, and community organizations put AI to work safely — on the tools you already pay for, with your clients' data protected, and with results you can measure.

  • More than 40 years of combined military IT & cyber experience
  • SOC 2 Type II and NIST AI RMF experience
  • Vendor-neutral. No software to sell you.

The gap

Almost every nonprofit uses AI. Very few have it working.

Staff are experimenting on their own, often with sensitive client information, while leadership is asked for an AI plan they don't have the people to build.

How we work

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Listen

A free 30-minute call about where your team's time goes. No pitch deck.

  2. 02

    Assess

We map workflows and client data, then rank what's worth automating — and what isn't.

  3. 03

    Baseline

Before we build anything, we agree on 2–3 numbers we'll move, like minutes per case note.

  4. 04

    Build & test

One workflow, tested against your real work, with a person reviewing anything consequential.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Training, documentation, and named owners. You can run it without us.

Value of that time

$44,224

That's time that can go back to clients — more job placements, faster enrollments, more check-ins for people coming home.

Who we serve

Who we work with

Workforce development

Job training programs, career services, and local workforce boards with heavy reporting loads.

Reentry organizations

Teams supporting people coming home from incarceration, where client data demands extra care.

Veteran-serving nonprofits

Career coaching and case management for service members, veterans, and families.

Benefits & community services

Navigators, intake teams, and community development organizations.

Security first

Safe by default

The people you serve trust you with their histories. We treat that data the way we were trained to treat sensitive systems.

Your data stays yours

We work in your accounts, with least-privilege access. Client data is returned or deleted at the end.

People decide about people

No automated decisions about eligibility, services, or placements. A human reviews consequential outputs.

Tested before trusted

Every workflow is evaluated against real examples before staff rely on it.

Mapped to recognized frameworks

Governance aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, explained in plain English.

Team

The people you'll work with

Two military veterans who spent their careers keeping critical systems secure and getting stalled projects finished.

FAQ

Questions organizations ask us

We're a small nonprofit. Can we afford this?+

Assessments start at $3,500 for organizations under $2M in budget. If that's still out of reach, ask us about funder-sponsored cohorts, where a foundation covers assessments for several organizations at once.

Do we need to buy new software?+

Usually not. We start with what you already license — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your case management system — and nonprofit AI discounts of up to 75% are often available.

Will AI replace our staff?+

That's not what we build for. Every project names who gets time back and what they'll do with it — usually more time with clients.

How do you protect client data?+

We work inside your accounts, sign a data processing agreement, keep a human in the loop for consequential outputs, and return or delete data when we're done.

Can grant money pay for this?+

Sometimes. Many program and capacity-building grants allow technology and evaluation costs. We'll help you scope work to fit your funder's rules — check with your grant manager first.

Let's find the hours your team is losing.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We'll ask where your staff's time goes and tell you honestly whether AI can help.
